Some ideas to keep in mind, not necessarily supposed to be the best advice: See about adding some extra survivability to your load out (upgraded health/shield/armor mods), Use your volts shield ability for defense, Shock the mag and unload Boltor rounds while it is stunned, If staying too close isn't an option and you need a few melee hits you can try jumping into the air, doing a slam attack and immediately rolling away, Don't forgot you take highly reduced damage while rolling in general, Don't give the mag the upper hand by shooting bullets/getting yourself caught in its magnetize attack, Upgrading your damage mods for your weapons. If you're dying too fast be sure to level up your mods on your Volt too, more health/shields stronger abilities and continuity so when you stun your enemy they stay stunned longer.
